The Magnet is available for private parties
With its range of rooms and flexible opening hours
and great facilities magnet is a popular venue for
many types of parties and events
As well as being available for promoters to stage
their own events we can offer our space to private
individuals, institutions, charities and campaigning
groups to use to celebrate in their own way.
What we do do and have done:
- 21st,30th and 40th Birthday parties
- End of term bashes
- Magazine and product
launches
- Album Launches
- Celebrations for institutions
like FACT and the Universities
- Film Wrap Parties
- Works parties (leaving
do’s Christmas etc)
- After show parties
for bigger venues and events such as The Philharmonic
Hall Festival venue for Fresh, Liverpool Music Week,
Liverpool Dance Initiative.
What we don’t do
- 18th Birthday parties
- Any event to which you wish to invite or involve
anybody under 18 yrs of age (our licence does not
permit us to allow any under 18 year old onto the
premises at anytime that we are serving alcohol anywhere
on the premises).

Timings
The Magnet has a 24 hour licence so you can feasibly
book the venue for anytime.
Our most popular parties take place on Friday and Saturday
nights into the wee hours. However given the
reduced rates during the week we have hosted loads
of student led events on midweek nights.
Catering
You can organise your own catering (as long as you
take away you rubbish with you!)
Alternatively we can help you organise buffets and
meals of any description.
